Personal Data Protection Notification and Consent for Users (Updated August 2024)
This Privacy Policy explains how Garden International School Sdn. Bhd. 195801000074 (3211-T) ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data in connection with your interactions with us.

- Master data: name, identification card (IC) number, car license plate number, gender, date of birth, photographs or other images (IC and car license plate information are collected for the safety and security of the school community, and to operate the automatic boom gate system)
- Contact details: phone number and email address
- Record of your booking sessions
- Any other information as deemed necessary or appropriate in connection with your dealings and/or relationship with us
If you provide us with personal data of another individual, we assume you have obtained their consent for the disclosure and processing of their data in accordance with this policy.

Your personal data may be obtained from the following sources, where applicable:
- Information you provide or submit through our website, social media, or phone applications
- Information voluntarily provided by you
- Information gathered through promotional activities
