Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made for the sports facilities at Garden International School (GIS).

1. No Refunds for User Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel or are unable to attend for any reason.

2. School-Initiated Cancellations

A full refund or a booking reschedule will only be provided if Garden International School is required to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

3. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
