Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made for the sports facilities at Garden International School (GIS).

1. No Refunds for User Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel or are unable to attend for any reason.

2. School-Initiated Cancellations

A full refund or a booking reschedule will only be provided if Garden International School is required to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

• School events or activities that require the use of the booked facility
• Emergency maintenance or safety concerns
• Other situations where the school determines the facility is needed for school purposes

In such cases, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking to another available date.

3. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

If your booking is cancelled by the school, our team will contact you with instructions on how to receive your refund or reschedule your booking. For any questions, please contact studentservices@gardenschool.edu.my.
