Terms of Service – GIS Sports Facilities

By entering and using the sports facilities at Garden International School (GIS), all guests and renters agree to the following terms and conditions:

Security & Access

• All guests must register at the main entrance and obtain a visitor tag upon entry.
• Guests are only permitted to access the Sports Complex area. Entry into other parts of the school is strictly prohibited.
• All visitors must comply with GIS security protocols at all times.

Facility Use & Conduct

• Renters are responsible for the conduct of all players and guests in their group.
• Any damage to courts, equipment, or surrounding facilities will be charged to the renter.
• The premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and security purposes.

Injury & Liability

• GIS accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the use of the facilities.
• All participants play at their own risk and are advised to have their own insurance coverage.

Right to Refuse Access

• GIS reserves the right to refuse or revoke rental access to individuals or groups who breach any of the rules or terms of use.
• Decisions made by GIS in this regard are final.

Additional Terms

• GIS facilities are not to be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on school premises.
• Users must vacate the premises promptly at the end of their booking time.
